Coaching from Experience

Logan Collins, Owner and Head Coach of CFR, has competed in the CrossFit South Regionals in 2015 and 2016, earning 3rd in the Southern Region for 2016. Now, preparing for the CrossFit Games, you can find Logan at the lake swimming laps, on his hometown roads of Wylie running and in his gym conditioning himself and preparing for the 2016 Games. 

Hard work, dedication and determination are just some of the ways to describe Logan's work ethic when it comes to fitness and those who trust him for advice and support in their own fitness.
