Coach-led group fitness that meets you where you are.
Train with a clear plan, attentive coaching, and a community that makes consistency easier. Every class can be adjusted for your current ability while keeping the purpose of the workout intact.

A structured class for real people—not one fitness level.
Group training works best when the coach understands the goal of the session and helps each person choose the right version. That means a first-timer and an experienced athlete can train beside one another without doing the exact same load, pace, or movement.
- Adults beginning a fitness routine for the first time
- Former athletes who miss purposeful, coached training
- Busy people who want a plan instead of wandering the gym
- Experienced members who value standards and accountability
A clear path from the first conversation to consistent training.
Coaching should make the next step easier to understand. Here is the basic rhythm members can expect.
Arrive and connect
Meet the coach, share anything affecting your training, and understand the goal for the day.
Prepare with purpose
Warm up the movements and positions you will use instead of rushing directly into intensity.
Train at the right level
Your coach helps adjust movements, loads, and pacing so the workout stays productive.
Build on the work
Consistent attendance, coaching feedback, and sensible progress matter more than one hard day.
Find the option that fits your week.
Adult group classes are offered Monday through Friday in early-morning, mid-morning, and afternoon or evening windows, plus a Saturday community workout.
Know what to expect before you walk in.
Do I need to be in shape before joining a group class?
No. The point of joining is to build fitness. Let the coach know that you are new, and the session can be adjusted to an appropriate starting level.
Will I be expected to keep up with experienced members?
You will be coached toward the intended stimulus of the workout, not asked to copy someone else’s weight or pace.
What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable training clothes and athletic shoes, bring water, and arrive a little early so the team can help you settle in.
Where is the gym?
